Here's the deal. I depend on this product a great deal. I simply can't do without it. I have carpal tunnel and it prevents a lot of wrist pain because it allows you to read from your device or play games on it without having to support the weight of the device with your hand. I use it both around my neck when commuting on the train and as a desk stand and a holder at night when I read off of my phone.That said, it is not well made. I have gone through no fewer than 10 of these because I always eventually break part of the clamp that holds the phone. If there was a comparable sturdier item on the market I would switch to it without question. The problem is, i haven't found one. I'm waiting for someone to design a product that achieves what this one does but does not break so easily. Until then, I'm stuck buying another one of these every time one breaks.

This thing is almost perfect.The flexible arm is just right — bends easily enough, but stays put; strong enough to hold up a fairly large smartphone (Samsung Galaxy Note II) without any trouble.The clip is a potential point of failure — but it's doing well thus far. Its grip is secure, but not excessive. Initially, I wasn't sure about its single prongs — I have a similar product that has two prongs on each half of the clip — but it actually makes operating the phone while clipped in much easier.A base clamp is also included. I haven't tried it and probably won't; the arm is flexible enough to attach to almost anything and can easily be turned into a temporary "tripod." It's nice to have the option, though.You really can, by the way, balance this thing on your shoulders to turn your phone into a hands-free YouTube station (or whatever).Highly recommended; very useful little device. I will be ordering another for myself and probably a few as gifts.

To be able to twist and turn this product to set up the way I need is great. And comes with a stand, really good product. Hands free, wrap around my neck, stand on the table while working on my computer... Endless usage. I've been adorned by many people.. I will be buying more for Xmas gifts.

I don't use it that much because it is heavier than I expected. It works well though.

This wasn't what I thought it was. I thought it was a selfie stick,so I returned it.

I love it. It doesn't get in the way.
