I just bought this necklace and love it. I needed this in my life for what it stands for. I did see some complaints regarding the size. For reference my solitaire diamond necklace does not make the chai look small and it’s a 2 carat diamond. Thank you Alef Bet by Paula for making this beautiful Hebrew symbol and being a family owned and operated company.

It is beautiful but I am returning it. The necklace is 16 inches and very flimsy. I knew the necklace would be shorter than I like and I was ok with that. However the charm DOES NOT come off the necklace unless you have proper jewelry tools. I reached out to the owner to see if a charm not attached to the necklace could be exchanged and was told that I could get it removed myself with jewelry pliers which I do not have. So because of the owners response and description leaving out this information that the charm in not removable is why it gets a low rating.

The pendant is absolutely adorable and perfectly sized for my 3yo to wear. I also like the fact that the necklace itself isn’t too fine, because that helps with the durability. And it looks great.

This item is so small it’s barely visible even laying in palm of my hand. Way too small for adult or even small child. This was a total waste of money. Can’t even be used as a charm fora charm bracelet.

I just love the subtle, chic, minimal look of this beautiful Chai necklace.

Very disappointed with this, This my third purchase and always love the products and it’s quality but this time Not only got the wrong necklace it was scratched and stones were missing.

Just received the Chai and tried it on. Looks great!
