I love it so much. **Q: is this a 2 pack, or just 1 piece? (the picture shows 2)** A: It is a very nice one piece pack that works very well. The picture shows it as collapsed and expanded. Not as two pieces. **Q: Can you use this to strain grease out of cooked ground hamburger?** A: If you use it for this make sure it is warm to cool.
