Celtic Woman

Perfect! Now I can hear my favorite music in my car as well as at home, and I couldn't believe the speedy delivery! Thanks Amazon!

I expected to hear more new cuts but most of the songs are from other albums I already have.

I have been a huge fan of the Celtic women since I first heard them on the local PBS station. The music they sing is arranged very beautifully for the voices with orchestra and is quite a refreshing change from so much of the loud, racous music that is prevelant in our society today. Their voices are beautifully pure and they are obviously trained singers as well. The songs they do are varied and most often uplifting in spirit. I purchased both Vol I and II of the "Celtic Woman" albums and always enjoy listening to them. We need a lot more music like this in the world today!

Celtic Woman is a Two CD collection of Irish music. There are 15 tracks on each CD.No individual artist's names are given for the perfprmances of the various tracks, only a single notation "Performed by The Celtic Angels". All tracks are done well, and for the most part beautifully. This CD does not have any performances by Chloe Agnew, Lisa Kelly, Orla Fallon, Maev Ni Mulchatcha, or Maired Nesbit, even though the "Celtic Woman" name can cause confusion.

The music on this CD is so relaxing -- I listen to it when I'm sewing or ironing. Some of the songs I have heard before and but there are many new ones that I really enjoy.

I may not understand the language of some of the songs, but everything these ladies do is well worth the listen.

Excellent music. Highly recommended if you like to hear women with great voices singing a variety of ballads. Very good harmonies. The Celtic Woman DVDs can be used on any system including UK systems.

I bought this thinking it was by Celtic Woman who are a favourite ensemble of mine, unfortunately it is not by them and just has the same name. It is quite tuneful, but not at all what I had expected to get so I was disappointed.

I have bought a number of CDs called Celtic Woman in Ireland, including artists like Dolores Keene and Mary and Frances Black. I thought this would be the same, instead, it sounds vert amateurish - not impressed at all

A worthwhile addition to any collection of celtic music quite a good C/D to sit down and listen to, quick service, David.
