Very impressed with this laptop I think it’s my favorite laptop of all times no problems after changing from S mode in windows to regular windows it’s only takes a few minutes.Mine did come in S mode which I knew it was not a problem to change the full version is on the computer already some people must be confused and don’t know that this is in S mode it’s a great laptop it’s highly rated and I love the lighted keyboard and I’ve had no problems whatsoever look for many years of use out of this it’s my main computer that I use for everything

Fast fast fast.Most applications open right up. Very stable, no error messages (yet)Windows 10 took some getting used to, but I would recommend this machine.

Nice little laptop for quick office/school work. Can handle photoshop relatively easy once you upgrade your RAM and SSD. Only con is the cooling fan is underneath. The IPS screen is amazing, loads 8k video smoothly. I3 processor does do a lot of heavy lifting. LoL runs smoothly on medium settings. Definitely a great buy for your money.

I have three Macs, one iPad, two HP’s, and one Acer Chromebook. I have an Acer monitor. I am very pleased with this laptop. I did research for one week, looking at reviews and studying products. I bought this laptop for my wife. I immediately changed from the Microsoft Store apps and added Office 365. I love this laptop. It is very fast and looks great. It’s lightweight and dependable. My wife uses it easily. I am a techy. She is not. I highly recommend this Acer.

I purchased this to use outside at my mount for controlling my astrophotography sessions. I have used a HP Pavillion G6 for this since 2011. I ordered 4GB of guaranteed match RAM from Crucial for $16.61 and unlocked Win10. Compared to the HP, plate solves are lightning fast and I've had no problem with any of my equipment drivers. The main reason I chose this model was for ethernet (my mount connects via ethernet) and the number of USB ports.

As far as the $400 to $500 price range computers go, this one is subpar at best and terrible at worst.I purchased this laptop after my 3 year old Lenovo was stolen. This is arguably the slowest computer imaginable in this price range. I am genuinely shocked at how slow a computer can be in 2020-2021. Even when using minimalist internet browsers, the RAM is not enough. Typing this review, the laptop has stalled on me 3 times. It crashes when put into sleep mode. I have been forced to develop really good habits when saving my work because I cannot rely on this computer to wake up if I step away for too long. It is a roulette wheel of success and failure.The battery life is not bad. The screen looks great, and the device itself is visually impressive. Almost like an affordable Macbook. If you're looking here, I would look at Lenovo or Asus products in the same price range. I fell for the looks of this computer, and I thought I could get by with the specs, but in reality, it just doesn't cut it. I miss the lenovo I bought in 2016.

Bought two for back to school. Easy start up and set up. Pleased day 2 with purchase.
