Up for sale is an awesome little open source quadruped robotic walking platform! Just add 8 servos, a handful of nuts and bolts, and an Arduino microcontroller and you have a functioning robot platform! Included in this listing are the high quality laser cut wood pieces that make up the working structure of the quadruped robot and a link to the assembly instructions and homepage where additional details, source code, and updates will be posted. Before laser cutting the robot, we cover the wood with a layer of protective masking tape so the wood doesn't get smoke damaged. Unsolvable mystery puzzle
I ordered this kit as a gift but changed my mind when I realized it would be unsuitable as-is. Maybe if I assembled it? I purchased the additional servos, nuts, and screws exactly as described in the online directions (which nearly doubled my initial investment). My servos were ever so slightly different dimension, so didn't fit without carving. The directions are a series of stylized drawings rather than photos and text. The part-number key varied on each page so "#12" was a nut on one page and a bracket on the next.Even if you re-characterize the product as a mystery puzzle, it's not clear that it is solvable without major modifications. For now, I give up.

Returned item after seeing what it really was. I didn't read products description well enough and was surprised to see that all you received for the cost was pieces of wood. You had to make several other purchases to actually getbthe robot to work
