The Sun Fresh MD-50 from BioAnue is an air cleaning device which produces ozone to eliminate smells, odors, and germs without perfume or chemicals. The technology mimics that of the sun. The longer the device is kept on, the more pathogens and germs will be oxidized from the air. Three modes of ozone output allow you to tailor the device to your specific room and odor issue. Mode 1, On for 30 minutes; Mode 2, Cycles continuously- 2 minutes on and 23 minutes off; Mode 3, Continuously on. An optional nightlight function is included. Ozone does produce a smell. Some liken the smell to sweet hay or fresh rain. A different smell is often produced when the ozone comes in contact with a bad odor or germ. Afterward, the sweet smell will again return.
