Does this lid fit other brands of foam cups.

Haven't tried other foam cups; can only say that they do not fit any paper cups, but do fit perfectly with the Dart 20oz (foam) jcups. (These lids with the Dart foam cups are the only combination I've found that don't leak at all even when completely full.)

Mine arrrived with "drink hole" and the locking tab not cut out - I have to use scissors to cut out drink hole and around locking tab. Is this nornal?

Just lift the tab covering the hole that is just below and in front. Fold it back to uncover the hole and clip the tab down at button at the top side of the lid.
