The product is excellent, a main component of my balance exercises. So much can be done with them.Unfortunately over time they develop problems with the valves and can no longer be inflated. I need them and like them and use them as a trainer with all my clients. I therefore keep needing to get new ones and the price tag for them is very high.

These discs really help to stabilize your lower body and stop swaying. They also help to to keep your weight from moving onto your toes or you will fall forward, or your heals which will cause you to step backwards and off the discs. The discs are well made, heavy duty and do not need to be pumped up. Overall, a quality product focused on one of the basics of golf, good balance.

Working on balance
If you want to work on your balance in the golf swing, get these discs. I had a habit of spinning my hips too fast. Practicing every day, for just a few minutes a day, has improved my balance. You also must start slow to get the feel right.I highly recommend these discs if you want to improve your balance.

Every golfer should own these.
These are excellent for balance and to reduce sway. Impossible to slide while standing on them so it really helps activate the right hip/rotation. Great item for any level of golfer.
