Great Product but…..
The product is fantastic. No complaints. However the company charges a restocking fee. Very 2010! I would just think twice about purchasing from this company in case you ever have to return it. Ridiculous

Well built, a bit overpriced (IMHO)
The frame is super well built.Easy to put together: you get a frame and an insert & have to mount the insert w/ adhesive scotch and some bands in the frame.I highly recommend to get the value out of the Zucca to choose the frame color such that it can match more than the first insert you buy - b/c the frame is long lived and inserts are affordable (at time of writing run around $30-40) so u can replace them and give this a whole new look for same price as a cheap backpack.Overall the frame is about 4 time the cost of the insert - and the only bad thing I have to say is the inserts are very quickly or easily damaged in some areas like the net basket on the side tends to easily tear or easy to tear the insert - it's not the most durable thing I've ever seen - but again - if you consider the frame can be kept for long time and inserts changed - it's a great deal for a kid.
