Product was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition and on time. I thank the seller for the quick service. Now the product itself, a disappointment. I have an upcoming bikepacking race and needed a good light with good runtime in lower lumen modes, and it looked like the Toro Mk 7 might fit the bill, and was a bit cheaper than the Lupine products that offered similar capabilities. In researching products I struggled with getting the Toro since I couldn't find good run time data online, whereas Lupine went out of their way to provide it.But, ultimately I chose the Toro because it was easier to purchase in the US and a bit less expensive. The product itself is the disappointment. The capacitive switch just doesn't work right, it is highly erratic and puts myself into dangerous situations on the trails to get it to work (too much tapping experiments and trying to look at the display). In addition to this issue, the battery built into the Toro Mk7 is self discharging (or the electronics consume a lot of power while it is "off") such that I lose 20%-ish per day doing nothing. I am trying to meter out my hours of lighting and this makes it undependable. So I cant rely on being able to quickly turn on or adjust the light, or rely on its battery to last. Bummer. And now its too close to the race and I am in overnight training rides, so I will have to live with it.I can say its quite bright though!
