lovely chopper such shame that the person who delivered it left it at the security door at the front of my block of flats. there were lots of parcels and probably some went missing. laziness!!

Used this for chopping veg for stew. Easy to assemble and clean. After cutting the veg into chunks I found that on turning the handle ( WHICH WILL PROBABLY BREAK AFTER A FEW USES) I had to press down really hard to stop the whole thing moving despite the suction cups. Items like turnip kept sticking to the blades resulting in the handle seizing anf involving manually removing chunks from the blades. Overall not the best machine for chopping and will probably break after a few uses. Could be a lot sturdier.

I bought a cheaper version which broke after a few uses. This have has been a blessing in the kitchen. I highly recommend it.

I bought this specifically to make sunflower seed pâtés because I read that it is good for processing nuts and seeds. I also read that it is good for making dips. However, it pushes the seeds around for 5-10 minutes and it definitely does not break them down. The suction is okay but I felt the need to hold the unit at the same time as cranking the handle because it moved around a lot. It feels cheaply made, despite the price tag.The tracking on the item is inaccurate. I contacted the seller after noticing the status had not changed since being shipped and they said it should update after it reaches a specific facility. It never updated, still shows as shipped months later. Thankfully, I received it but I pity anyone else who loses their package and is unable to track it.Would not recommend. You can buy other models for chopping vegetables.

I got this as a gift for someone that has arthritis in their hands. They are very happy with it and mentioned it is very easy to use and clean, and has made their life so much easier!They are also happy with the ability to easily chop something chunky or fine (and everything in-between).

The package arrived with obvious rough treatment or packaging. There was a hole in the package and the very limited direction sheet was ripped. I tried to fix hash brown potatoes and first cut the potatoes in small chunks as suggested.It was not successful. I did not try other items.I would suggest that Mueller look at including more detailed instruction for this product. Also, the word SEPARATOR incorrectly spelled seperator appeared on the box and materials several times.
