It really is a great device and my mother loved using it since her eye sight is bad so she needed a phone big enough for her to see and a tablet so she can read and talk to her kids with skype and what have you. Still, when it came it, there were lines on the screen, at first I thought it was normal since I never ordered electronics online before but when we went to the AT&T to get the card, they told her that it wouldn't work cause on the lines but when I put in the SIM card in, it works nicely if not better than her old phone and I lines are barely noticeable, at least to me and my mother which is odd. It works and functions perfectly even with the lines and yet the AT&T still won't add a SIM card for it'self. So please tell me cause I'm a bit confused, If your Sdeals Tab Phone & Tablet 3G Android 7 has lines on the screen but are to fade to even notice and yet it still works perfectly fine, should you take it back or keep it?

This product shouldn't be baught if you have Verizon, straight talk, Or Trac phone. And should come with information on what you need to activate cell. Like what supplier it's registered with... and should come with a cellular SIM cardNot really impressed with the manual that it comes with!!! How does one know how to run the thing if there are no directions or even a diagram of what goes where. What SD cards do I need and how many 3 slots why? & which slot takes what type of sd/sim card. How does one read print smaller than small almost nano print, if I needed two SIM cards to run it why wasn't it mentioned in description and where do I order them? This thing only work for three to five months and you start having battery, volume or data issues with the devices. I will not be buying something like this anymore.
