This wasn’t an issue though - they’re really easy to swallow with a sip of water, and didn’t catch in my throat at all.I’ve taken these both with food and on an empty stomach and they didn’t make me feel nauseous like a lot of things do, so that’s a huge win!My skin has been looking bright and glowy, with a noticeable improvement visible after only a few days. My fine lines around my eyes and mouth seem plumper, and my face definitely has a certain kind of radiance about it that wasn’t there before. That prompted me to go out and buy a fancy little 1 litre drinking bottle so I can keep track on drinking enough for overall health reasons and to maximise the effects of the supplements. They are also easy to swallow and do not have any taste.I hope this helps anyone else deciding whether to purchase these. At first I had a little breakout of blemishes which isn't uncommon for me anyway. But I don't know if it was these bringing the pollutants out. After a couple of days they had cleared up and my skin looked so much better and fresher. My skin feels more supple and around my eyes is more illuminated. Which is a god send with an almost 6 month old that still doesn't sleep through the night so you can imagine the dark circles I did have. The tablets are pretty easy to swallow and don't really have any taste to them at all. The packaging is quite fancy aswell. Overall I am pleased with the difference in just a couple of weeks so I'm looking forward to how it will continue bringing the youthfulness back to my face.
