Super handy
Easy to use, simple to set up, feature filled. Great support team too.

Doesn't work
The product does not work. When I speak to someone on the phone I can hear them perfectly. But the recorder picks up mainly static, and I can hear a faint voice, but not really audible. I want to return it. Please advise.
