Didn't work. Returned item.
The camera had apparently already been used by someone else, as it had a password to it's control; interface that different than the default in the instructions, which were barely intelligible. A such, it simply could not be configured. Didn't have the patience for a replacement, since I would no longer trust a vendor who would send a used item for new in the first place.

Horrible buy experience
The camera fail and nobody answer my e-mail. I have 5 and no works more. I thing at this time I lost my Money. Horrible buy experience...

I returned it.
It's just terrible. The quality of picture is ok but the frame rate (with ac wifi router and 3 other ip cameras that work perfectly) is just terrible. Don't buy it unless you don't care of having less than 1fps.

I am currently testing 6 different H.264 IP CAMS. This one is at the bottom of my list. Here's why:1. No CD was provided2. No Customer service response to my request for a CD .3. I had to figure out the camera myself using their website.4. Microphone is terrible. it has a screeching sound.
