I’ve had three of these in the past and they all broke by catching on seat belts getting out of the car. I’ll accept that risk because I don’t know how any belt holster would be protected from that. These are available from several sources and they look identical. I just got two so I would have a spare and I got them from different sellers. They are indeed identical. The new ones are a good holster; they would maybe rate a 4 except that they are not as good as they used to be.The phone used to “catch” in the holster securely. The phone does not do that in the new holster. It will rise up as you sit and stand and could fall out. You have to develop the habit of tucking it back in frequently.The phone in the old holster stopped in the bottom at a partial ledge. Now there is a hook across the middle of the bottom. The hook covers the charging port and half the speakers. You can no longer charge the phone in the holster. You can no longer clip the phone to the top of the zipper of a jacket and listen to a game as you walk.So it is a decent holster but not as good as it used to be

It's a basic case but it works. We bought this so that we could mount our phone in the bathroom on the wall, and this works because we can take out the phone which has the inner case on it, and leave the external case on the wall. That way if we have to update the phone or something we can do that. We've got it mounted on the wall in the bathroom because we have smartbulbs and old iPhones are less expensive to use as dedicated lightswitches than LIFX's silly $300 junction box.

Love this belt clip. It's study and protective case has a large clip, so it is very secure on my belt or waistband. Sometimes I forget where I put my phone, so having it attached to my waist if perfect. I had the same kind for years and loved it before dropping it on cement and breaking it into pieces. I do a lot of gardening (a phone in my pocket does not work for me because it always falls out) but having the clip on my waistband is perfect. I highly recommend this case and clip.

Protective Slim Cell Phone Case with Kickstand.I've burned through many cases and so far this one is holding up. It lays flatenough not get snagged on things when clipped to the waist. The phone slips in & out ofthe case with ease and holds great. The top and base of the phone is exposed(in the shell over the phone) so some caution there. the material seems durable &grips well - a rubber compound feel. As for sturdiness, I dropped the rating as the kickstandis not low enough when open to let the stand on its own in the upright position (It works fineon its side). Also, the side volume buttons are harder to adjust as the front facing edge of the casegets in the way. Still, its recommended even with these faults.

This is similar to one I had before. The holder will take a good deal of abuse and still do the job. I have given this model 4 stars because, unlike some others, it has a stop clip at the bottom which is, I presume, there to keep the phone from dropping through (an issue I have never encountered). The problem is that this clip covers the charging port on an SE, so that the phone has to be removed from the other half of the case for charging.

Not much bigger than the phone itself, but I haven't used the holster/clamp part itself yet.The only thing I think I am not a fan of and it may not change is that to put the phone skin on it, you have to force it in, and it pushes on the side buttons, which I hope it doesn't damage the phone over time since I want to keep switching with another protection.Otherwise, I love this cover, the kick stand is brilliant. What other stand serve as ring to hold it but yet completely collapses flat when you want to put on your magnet car holder?

My husband has had this cases for numerous different phones. He loves this case because of the clip which keeps it secure is his pocket.

I like that it protects my equipment. What I don't like is it's totally different from the original iPhone holster.It's hard to put in and take out. It slides off my belt when squatting or sudden sitting.
