I’m a yoga teacher and I practice or teach about 14hrs a week. These cork massage props have been a total game changer in the way I feel throughout the day! No more chronic soreness when I take time to massage and roll myself out!! These elements are a little small. They work for my 5’5” build, but someone larger than me would probably want to look at some bigger sizes.

These work just as advertised. They are a bit more firm than other similar foam products which I like. Perfect for sore back or legs!

Love it! Works amazing

We really like the way these massage tools work. They are very comfortable to use and have just enough give to avoid pinches and pressure strains. The cork is comfortable to the touch and adds the perfect amount of resistance so as not to get away from you. It has great density and weight and is shaped perfect. Set comes in a handy storage bag to keep it all together. These work so much better than hard plastic or rubber tools.

I liked the cork-feeling of this set. It's a bit softer than the normal plastic foam roller / massage balls, but it's not squishy. It still has the desired effect, but I feel like it's a bit more subtle.I like the classic massage ball the best. It's super-easy to set it on the ground and roll it around when I'm sitting at the desk. The massage roller is easy-to-use as well. I am still getting used to the peanut-ball, but that's a work-in-progress.

Very well made. Compact size, comes with carry bag. Great for all your sore spots.
