These don't take the place of traditional panty liners. They cover where the panty liners don't. Once in place, I don't feel the pad at all. It's not even noticeable under a bathing suit. As a woman, I find that the pad peels off easily, though the light stickiness may pull hair on men.

These are expensive anywhere but they are wonderful for this problem while waiting for surgery or just coping with a problem. What a great idea to swap the sticky side.

Best product available as far as I know for bowel leakage. Adhesive can be a little bothersome..
