Let's just say my husband is a bit clumsy. So with the latest breakage, I wanted something that looked good and would stand up well. I'm the type of person who doesn't like eating disposable, How the plate sets off my food really increases my enjoyment.The color is fabulous I love eating off them. Bonus - it looks like they're husbandproof!!

Great addition to dishes!When you don't want to use regular size dinner plate this is the dish to go to...plus the ridge adds to it's functionality.Use it with my blue Fiesta Ware...not same blue but blends in with it.Stacks well, and cleans up nicely in dishwasher.Bought four to see how I liked them. Once they got the 👍 I bought another four.

Very solid dish! It's a perfect size for when you're trying to ensure you don't get too much food at family events (where your eyes are bigger than your stomach) without being so small that you're back in line within minutes.They're not super heavy, but they do have a bit more weight to them than some porcelain plates I have that are bigger than them. That being said, they're not hard to wash even a little heavier than normal. The lip and bottom make for a great thing to easily grasp when getting them out of the cabinet or out of soapy water even with bad hands.The color is exactly as the picture shows, so no surprise there. They all shipped in perfect condition with good packaging keeping them safe inside. Can't speak to dishwasher or microwave capabilities as that's not my normal usage, but I can say based on the material they'll probably retain heat well so expect them to be HOT!

I love these plates and bowls, the color is beautiful with slight differences between each plate, they are so unique and pretty. I like the sturdiness of the dishware, it’s not heavy but feels sturdy. I’ve been cleaning in the dishwasher with no problem!

I had been looking for new plates for years now, but nothing was ever quite something I wanted to spend the money for. I wanted something heavy, but not stoneware heavy, and sort of unique. I was looking at other plates when these ones come up and I was like YES. I absolutely love these. The color is beautiful on all of them and the side lip on the plates is great. These were perfect for me.BUTDespite the listing saying that these are microwave safe, I don't think they are. I have had them for 2 months and only just recently put a couple of the larger plates in the microwave. I wish I hadn't. The two plates now have a noticeable warp to them and do not stack nicely anymore. They also wobble a bit on a flat surface. So needless to say, none of these size will be going into the microwave.

Folks, I don't need a 12 inch dinner plate. This is perfect for use. Pretty, and just the right amount of 'lip' to them to prevent messes on the table from young eaters.We also use them as part of our 'breading station' where we do fish and other breaded goodies. (1 flour and seasoning, 1 egg mixed for egg wash, 1 potato flakes or Panko/breadcrumbs).

These 8" plates are perfect for a lunch or simple dinner. My family and I have been using these for about a week. Microwave, dishwasher, no problems. The blue is better in person and is a nice compliment to my dinner plates. These stack nice too.
