Gears Go, Wheels Roll (Science Starts) Paperback – February 1, 2011

A wonderful introduction to the world of Wheels and Gears. The children in my 4year-old class loved the book. The photographs are very detailed and allows the children to see wheels and gears up close. The book has provided a lot of discussion in our classroom. The children have become more aware of the simple machines around them. The children used a toy in conjunction with the book to reinforce the idea.
