However, I needed to purchase additional USB extension cords to accommodate the eight-foot height from the ceiling to the standard outlet level. I've had this fan for 8 months at my desk at work and used it at least 3 days a week (sometimes everyday!) since then. It still works perfectly.Perfect for cooling down yourself a few degrees if you work in a hot office. Have to point the fan straight at you because it doesn't really cool down the whole area, just yourself. The air current is soft enough that it doesn't blow my hair around all crazy. I sometimes bike to work and this thing really helps me cool down when I first get in.It's pretty quiet. The only thing I will mention about the noise is when I'm using my (admittedly low-quality) headphones to take a call, the caller can hear it and its distracting. But if I'm just using a regular phone to my ear, no complaints. I don't have a fancy headset that I use so can't attest to that.I really like the clip feature. It clips right to the edge of a shelf above my desk so it's out of the way and has the perfect angle for pointing right at me. The edge is probably 3/4" thick and it has no problem clipping on it.The rating asked about battery life which confused me because this only works when plugged into a USB, which works fine for me but I don't think it has the capability to work wirelessly.

This fan is very small, easy to use, and lightweight. I like the clamping design however, the foam seems pretty cheap, and wonder how long it will last before it starts to break apart. With that said, the spring is very strong, and not worried about it falling off a surface, yet. I've been running this fan from a power bank and has lasted all day; it seems to draw very little power. One negative that most people would agree with is that the power chord is permanently attached to the back of the fan, so you're not able to use any general USB cable. For its very small size, the fan is very strong and really quiet, it can hardly hear it at the lowest speed and still get a good amount of airflow. I am very satisfied with this publicchase, especially since it was under 15 dollars.

At first, I thought this fan wasn't strong enough, but I gave it a chance and it turns out that not only is it quiet, but puts out alot of air for its size, I like that it's three speeds and does a very good job, it was very affordable.im glad I kept it..

I’m honestly mad at myself I didn’t think of getting one of these the second I moved into my house which has the tiniest bathroom, no ventilation or even a window that can open. It’s a true struggle even with the door fully open while showering the bathroom would steam up & get so humid taking forever to return to normal. I had friends from out of the country coming for a week so I bought this little baby & man the difference is night & day! With this fan on high pointing towards the door, even with the door fully closed the bathroom barely streams up anymore. It’s truly a miracle!!The clip is awesome as I just clipped it onto one of my floating shelves & the cord is long enough to run to the other wall to plug in, honestly it looks cordless with its setup position yet I never have to worry about charging it.Not only does it solve my ventilation issues but sometimes when doing my hair & makeup I can get pretty hot. With the simple swivel this baby keeps me cool when getting ready which has been a game changer when it comes to makeup application!I’m honestly obsessed with it. It’s also pretty quiet with the door shut you can’t really hear it even on the highest setting which tbh I’d be nice if it were a bit louder to give guests a little more privacy when using the restroom lol. If I had to give a negative it would be I’m not fully sure how to clean it. After a few months it’s collected some dust from the damp shower air. It seems like it may come apart but I don’t want to break it since I’m not positive it’s meant to come apart. I’ve used a damp q-tip, it’s a bit tedious but it did work? Idk. Otherwise it’s perfect!

It's a good fan, and pretty effective for USB. However, it has a hum to it... I'm just trying to see if I can live it in my office. I tried to use it in our bedroom but my girlfriend found it annoying. Oh how I wish it was silent like a similar fan I bought while back (that is no longer available). Thanks!

I got this fan to use at work. All of us at work fight over the temperature all the time. I’m always sweating, so my manager felt bad that I was always melting and found this on Amazon and sent me the link. I thought we’ll why not I’ll give it a go. Brought it into work on wendsday, it plugs into the computer with its USB port, clipped it onto the counter and faced it towards my station. I’m right next to the desk. Turned it on and it’s pretty powerful. I love how I can just turn it in the direction I need it in. It’s fantastic. I haven’t had to tie my hair back all week. That’s a big deal. It kept me comfortable all week. The girls are happy I’m not turning on the air conditioner and I’m comfortable with my little fan. I’m so pleased. The claw is strong to. I’m surprised it is able to hook onto larger things. Anyway love love love it.
