110 type Connector Punch Down / Stripper Tool

For the price, this is a great tool. It did really well for me for removing the jacket around CAT5 cables, and the punch down tool was awesome for punching down wiring on the Seren 550-030 Media/Data hub that I bought. It is a basic punch down tool that works for the casual home network project. This product probably would not be ideal for a Networking professional, but then again I don't think that is who this caters to.p.s. Mine came yellow, even though the picture showed a green tool. That did not really matter though.

cheap little punch down tool worked perfectly for my small home network and keystone jacks. The stripper tool was suprisingly handy as well, no need to grab a set of wire strippers.

I did receive a punchdown tool, it was very different from the one pictured. The one I received is much cheaper and doesn't have as nice of a stripper tool. It worked but I really hate when places bait and switch items on you.

Product is good for short duration & low volume termination work. I punched down about 300 individual connections before the tip failed.

Cheap, inexpensive punch down tool. It does its job. I can't imagine it lasting much more than a few hundred uses. But if you are like me and only occasionally need one around the house, it's perfect. Why spend a bunch of money for something you hardly use? However, if you will be needing it a lot, DON'T buy this. It simply won't last.

works great for the prices. I only do a few lines here and there and it works great.

Does the job and does it rather well. No problems at all in six months or so of constant use. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes.
