I don't normally write reviews but I thought I would make an exception for this fantastic product! I have always had a problem keeping those extra pounds off and even tough I don't like to take pills, I tried another fat-burning product not long ago that made me feel anxious, on edge and why not say it, pretty cranky! A friend of mine recommended Forskolin Coleus and although I was doubtful.... I decided to give it a go! I have lost 2-3 pounds in one week and no crankiness whatsoever! I received the product in the mail pretty quickly (1-2 days) plus an email with instructions on how to use right away! Although I have just began taking them, I already feel more energized and that is very important to me. I am a nurse and see patients all day so having the stamina to do it is crucial! This review is by Kim Bishop. I received my order the day after I ordered it. After three days of use I can say my energy level is a bit better than before and my mental state has been elevated. I was surprised at the "light and love" I feel after using this for such a short period of time, especially since my goal in using it is weight and fat loss. I have never had success with other weight loss products, so I have high hopes for the forskolin coleus. If the fat loss is anything like the mood elevation I'm in for a real treat. I'm already feeling the "light" in Lightco! ...UPDATE: I'm back after a months trial...not changing my habits at all I have lost one inch in my hips and two pounds. I don't exactly know how it works, but I am going to order another bottle and try it with diet and exercise and see how it goes.

I am VERY happy with this product. I have been using it for 9 days and have already lost 4 3/4 pounds! I researched several products that contain the supplement Forskolin, concluding this is the best. Having received it 5 days ago - on time and packaged appropriately - here are my results so far:Lost 4 pounds, have a firmer abdominal area (belly specifically) and have experienced a dramatic reduction in craving sweets/sugar. Bloating used to be an issue late in the day...noticed very little of it now. My energy level after lunch has increased and I'm not tempted by "bad carbs" mid-afternoon when I typically try to find a pick-me-up snack full of something with sugar. I highly recommend this specific product. Will check back with updates over time.

I ordered Forskolin Coleus from Lightco Health last week and it arrived in 3 business days. I've heard this product works wonders for weight loss and thought I'd give it a try. I have some physical issues with intestinal delicacy and blood sugar so I waited to try the supplement on a day off from work pending any side effects. Happily, I can say there were none! I took the first capsule in the morning with a glass of water and was amazed to have no hunger pangs or appetite all day long. I feel normal, not jittery or jolted, just me, enhanced. I really like this product. I can't say "love" it as of yet because I read the benefits truly begin after 6 or 8 weeks of continual use and I'm only in the first week.
