Superb raspberry powder. True flavor, concentrated, inexpensive, and just exquisite.I am a gourmet truffle maker and add this to my legendary raspberry truffles to make them even greater. The flavor is simply pure and perfect. I compared it with the Biofinest raspberry powder, and it is much better tasting and half the price.And I recently tried the Znatural Foods raspberry powder, which has much less flavor than either of the others.I just tried the less expensive Modernist Pantry raspberry powder, which had much less flavor.The Nature Restore is exquisite and I use it in my yogurt and in my truffle recipes.Bravo!p.s. I've purchase this three times and all were top quality and I'll be buying more.

This item lacks the intense raspberry that I was expecting. There isn't much flavor at all.

used this to add to my red raspberry jelly canning. was just right to add to the berry juice. taste good.

I love this raspberry powder! It is slightly tart but still sweet. I added it to chocolates, chocolate avocado pudding, and more. I couldn't help but lick the measuring spoon. I would definitely repurchase this as a little bit goes a long way. I didn't have any clumping issues with my bag and I was easily able to measure out what I needed. It dissolved into whatever I added it into very well. I love that nature restore includes their current heavy metal testing results in the images for this listing.

doesn't dissolve in smoothies. most of it sticks to side of blender. pretty gummy stuff.tasty but gummy.

This is NOT dried berries. No more sifting and blending. I've used Trader Joe's dried raspberries for the filling in a Charlotte Royale, and botched it, big time. I poured the berries into a blender, without noticing the tiny-tiny packet of desiccant inside. Yep...filled my dessert with silica gel, which while harmless to ingest in that quantity, made for a very gritty experience. So embarrassing. I couldn't figure it out, until I cleaned my blender later that night, to find a tiny scrap of the desiccant paper stuck in the blades. UGH!Instead, with this product, you'll find a finely sifted powder, ready to use without the hassle of having to blend and sift out the tiny seeds. Desiccant packet is clearly visable...so even morons like me can see it. It may seem expensive, but this is a large quantity. Dried berries don't yield nearly as much finished product, and cost much more. I HIGHLY recommend this.

Raspberry powder, and then it has a second ingredient, maltodextrin. It has a wierd taste, does not taste like raspberry, will not buy again.
