Charging Case Replacement Compatible with Powerbeats Pro Charger with Bluetooth Pairing Sync Button & 700mAh Built-in Battery (Not Include Power Beats Earbuds)

I just ordered and tried out this replacement case for my Beats and it’s been working great so far. It was easy to connect the new case to my original earbuds and my phone. Definitely recommend if your original Beats case starts acting faulty like mine did!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Consistently does not charge. Most time no matter if the box/case is fully charged, it either does not charge both earphones, but most consistently it only charges one earphone (usually the left) and will not charge the opposite earphone. For example- the case is fully charged to 100%, the left earphone is at charged to 100%, but the right earphone will remain at 1%. No matter how many times the case is opened and closed, or if the charging cord is plugged or unplugged, or even removing the left earphone (already at 100%) the case simply will not charge the right earphone. It’s extremely frustrating to spend money for a charging case to consistently have to use only one earphone. Most would reasonably assume that the product would charge both earphones at the same time with no problems. DO NOT PURCHASE!

UPDATE: they reached out to me and sent a replacement at no cost to me. I’ve been using the new charging box for about a week and it is successfully charging both ear pieces. I appreciate the good customer service and am hopeful this product will work long-term. I was grateful there is a replacement option for this charging station since I left mine on an airplane while wearing my ear pieces (that are new as of Dec 2023). It gets the job done to allow the ear pieces to work at all, however I am having a very difficult time getting the right ear piece in particular to charge. I make sure they are fully in the charger, but even after 8+ hours charging the right piece will quickly stop working. Additionally, the Bluetooth report on available charge is inaccurate, flipping back and forth between percentages and at times will say 100% for the right piece, right before it dies.

This was an ok charging kit but I ultimately sent it back. It wasn't terrible but it did seem to have some battery life issues. Additionally, the earbuds didn't fit that well meaning they had to be moved a little to get it to charge. It is a good replica of the original one meaning it's easy to use and feels like the same quality. It connected to my phone with ease. I was able to get my original one to work which is why I sent it back.

I swear it's a conspiracy. Why do things stop working RIGHT AFTER the return/exchange window??? It worked great, charging my Beats for about 2 weeks, then I realized it would stay red/blink..meaning not a full charge no matter how long I left the earbuds to charge. Finally, it just stopped charging them. Idk why Beats just doesn't sell its own replacement. I would have spent double what I spent on this trash item to just buy a new, REAL beats case. I guess I'll just have to buy a whole new set, so that's why. Shame that this sellers replacement charger stopped working after just a few weeks. Buyer Beware, do not purchase, you will be wasting your money.

Waited several months to write a review, and as much as I would love to love it, i don't. It works, sometimes, but you won't know when. It doesn't always charge the earbuds. I am guessing the fit is loose and it doesn't engage the pins properly. It doesn't disconnect earbuds when in charging case and if left in the charging case, they will go dead if not plugged in. It doesn't work as well as the original product. I lost the original case, and thought this would work just as good, it doesn't. I wouldn't buy it again, not sure for how long I will continue to use, as it is frustrating never knowing how charged my earbuds are.

Doesn’t sync with phone, pins contact is sluggish, AND THE BATTERY DOES NIT HOLD ANY CHARGE! I NEED TO KEEP IT PLUGGED GOR THE HEADSET TO CHARGE

Ele conecta os fones no celular/computador por vontade própria. Seguidamente, a bateria dele (e dos fones, por consequência) estão exauridas e, pior, não conseguimos ouvir áudio por razão de os fones estarem conectados dentro do estojo de recarga, mesmo que não tenhamos feito nada para tal. Quando não está dando dor de cabeça, carrega bem os fones e tem aparência muito parecida com os originais da Apple (que não há como adquirir separadamente sem os fones). Faz o trabalho que deve, mas incomoda com essas coisas.

Worked for a couple of days and then stopped charging my Powerbeats Pro Headphones. Didn't work after that.

Worked well to replace OEM charger.
