Best knife - it actually cuts like butter & doesn’t tear

This is a great bread knife. I usually don't like Henckels, knives, but this one is sturdy and strong, and sharp (yes, I did nick my thumb in the first day, but all knives demand a baptism). But watch out for that totally exposed and razor-sharp heel, it really could use a guarding bolster to protect the unaware (like me that one time ...)

Nice and thin blade too- serrations are not deep so I will see how well this cuts bread, bagels etc.

Awsome knife for the price. May be single man but it's double performance.

I had to replace my Hinkles knife because part of the handle broke and this was the exact knife that came with my block. I love the Hinkel knives. I just wish the handles were a little bit better made because the plastic breaks right around the divots.

Great knife very sharp very good quality multipurpose. I use it for everything it cuts meat bread, vegetables just as good as any other knives would highly recommend this product. If you’re looking for one knife, that can satisfy all your needs. I would say this is a great option.
