This would make a great wedding gift. I saw this and immediately was flooded with childhood memories of my grandma and family gatherings. I’ve used it for lefsa and cookies and it is great!

If you're going to include the Lefse mix in this package then you should make sure it's not expired. Very frustrating to spend a LOT of money for a Lefse kit to end up with 2 expired mix. Thankfully I have old traditional recipes to make homemade lefse without mix but I'd have loved to gift the mixes to someone who might enjoy them. Otherwise this product is as advertised. Just don't expect to get mix that's usable. I hate waste but what am I supposed to do with them.

I bought this as a wedding shower gift. My nephew is from Minnesota and loves lefse. His fiance is from Louisiana and has only tried it once but she did like it. They live in Louisiana, so they will have to make their own if they want some. I will be buying them the griddle for the wedding. They are very excited to make it.

Great set for lefse makers! Effective rolling pin to get it very thin. We make our lefse without potatoes so I haven’t used the mixes yet.
