Thickest Hot Tub Covers -Spa Covers - 6" thick for maximum insulation

We actually installed our pool and spa last season and kept the spa open all winter. We quickly realized that a simple solar cover over this during a mid-Atlantic winter was not going to be enough moving forward.I found these guys on Amazon and did some research into the other folks offering full spa covers. I was honestly a little concerned because our spa in an inground unit ... and didn't really have the normal overhang that every spa has. So I was worried about the fit.I measured everything using the recommendations from the company and then ordered the unit. We ended up getting the extra insulation and support for seams and whatnot.I was pleasantly surprised to see that during the order process, we could do things like specify whether we wanted a "lip" (we didn't because I needed it to fit flush to the spa stones). Also, before releasing to the manufacturing, the company communicated completely with us, verifying every single step and clarifying where we had questions (inside measurements vs outside ... things like that).At no point did the company go to the next "step" without communicating fully with us and asking us if they could do so. They were also clear from the beginning things like the cover was outside the normal dimensions and how that would impact both the build AND the time frame.In the end, the item came earlier than expected ... perfect timing as we had just opened up our pool early (it arrived two weeks ago) and while the shipping company appeared to beat up the boxes the cover came in the packing and wrapping kept the cover itself in perfect condition.We couldn't be happier with this purchase. Its fits perfect, was exactly what we ordered, can handle the weight of someone standing on it AND has so far kept all the spring buds and debris out of the spa.BTW: during the few times the temps at night have dropped below 45 degrees, the spa itself has maintained the water heat overnight ... this thing does a GREAT job of insulating and keeping the heat in.I highly recommend this company.

I've had this cover for a few months, and I do recommend it.Two events caused me to notice how well this cover insulates the heat. 1) We had a good snow storm, and the snow on the cover didn't melt for 3 days while the water in the hot tub stayed at 104 degrees. The sun seemed to melt the snow on the cover at the same speed as the snow in the yard rather than any heat from the hot tub melting the snow. 2) I thought the kids would enjoy a dip at a slightly cooler temperature, like in the 90s range, so I turned off the heat completely the day before. 24 hours later when the kids were ready the temperature had dropped only 2 degrees to 102. So the cover maintained the temperature fairly well without any ongoing heating.The ordering process is not typical of Amazon. Once you place an order they will send you an email that will take you through a series of questions before your order is complete. I was a little nervous about doing the measurements myself, but following their online instructions resulted in a good fit, and I was pleased with the results.The trade off for good insulation is that the cover is heavy. Having 2 people move it makes a big difference compared to lugging it alone. My hot tub area is too tight for any bar opening device or automatic opener. Instead I built a compound pulley and overhead track that make moving the cover easier.Our old cover broke because the kids walked/danced on it. While I wouldn't recommend it, even an adult can stand on this cover without it breaking. I had to carefully stand on it a couple times to install the overhead track. It is a sturdy cover.Overall - highly recommended product!

The cost, EASY to install my old foam pieces, quality and looks. I bought my old from this same company, it lasted 7 yrs. My old cover had been exposed to our weather here for all 7 yrs. Easy because I sent my old measurements and they made a new cover, my foam pieces fit perfectly. HIGHLY recommend buying from Beyond Nice.

I ordered this cover last fall. They sent the wrong size and argued with me for 6 weeks before they finally replaced it. So I have been using the new cover 6 months. I paid extra for it to hold snow and I do live in upstate NY. After a rain storm last week I had 2 large dents in the "high quality" foam. I reached out several pictures and they say that it is normal wear! I paid over $700. I have had other covers on hot tubs for years. The seams have all ripped out and now the cover is basically garbage. BE WARNED!!! These are not people you want to deal with!!

We purchased our Hot tub one year ago from Home Depot. We chose a plug and play hot tub for easiness (bad decision living in Ohio). The cover that came with the hot tub was decent but meant for warmer climates. Over the winter our hot tub couldn't keep up with the frigid temperatures and was always nearly 10-15 degrees lower than the desired temp. I decided to stop wasting money on electric and buy a new one. The company is by far the best in Customer Service I've dealt with in a long time. I got a card in the mail soon after thanking me for my purchase. I got updates on my cover and let me know where it was in the process. It came a week earlier than expected and sent right to my door. I replaced it that day and you can see a visible difference in thickness as well as other details. I chose to have the padded liner throughout the middle - which I think makes the biggest difference in heat loss. It fit perfectly even though I was nervous about the measurements. It almost has a vapor lock seal when you pull it up. I immediately saw a difference in my Hot Tub temp and which resulted in an even bigger difference in my Electric bill! I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this company to anyone.
