Small jack
It is clear from the product description and the pictures that this is not a large jack, but I did not think I would need to verify these dimensions to ensure I'd get my Honda Civic off the ground... I was wrong.Jacking from the tow hook in the back of the car, the wheels do not come off the ground.Ultimately it was my fault for not using the information given by the seller, but why even make a jack that can't lift a standard compact car off the ground?4 stars since it was really my own error, but c'mon...

2.25 ton? Not sure. But it works for my needs
The construction is solid and straightforward. But I noticed that the hydrolic oil needed to be topped off.I used it to lift one side of my 5300 lbs camper at a time to grease the bearings. There is 600 lbs on the hitch which leaves 2350 lbs for each side of the axles. 2 1/4 ton is 4960 lbs. So the jack had to lift less than half its capacity. But it felt as if it was getting close to what it can manage.

Does the job!
Bought this to change the tires on my RZR. Lifts just fine, but have to use a block of wood to get the tires off the ground. Seems well built. No issues so far.
