Doesn't work without, a spout
I thought it would come with accessory that helped suck up content.

Not the one in the picture
The biggest problem I have with this syringe is that the picture is NOT exactly what you get in the mail. The one I got measured in 2mL increments instead of 1mL (it's not that major but it is an inconvenience for the most accurate measuring). The plunger, while certainly airtight, is a bit hard to move through the barrel (more of a personal thing, as I'm measuring gases; although a little grease might fix it). Overall a decent and cheap product.
