SRAMMTB Locking Foam Grips with Single Clamp

I was looking for thicker grips (33mm) and tried these. I was doubtful that I'd like the foam, but after trying these and another 33mm grip (the Easton's) I'm sticking with these. I find that these are actually the perfect amount of padding (for me), and that I like that there is minimal texture/logos/blocks on the grip. I don't know how they'll last, but water doesn't seem to be an issue, and they seem to hold their shape well.

Easy to mount, comfortable grip. My entry into foam grips and loving it. Been using it for a month and grip does not shift once locked down.

Good quality, lock-on grips. The foam seems to cushion better with non- padded gloves. Grip is good even when wet.

Great grips. Lock prevents any rotation and foam provides great grip even without gloves. Highly recommend these for any single track riders.

They are very comfy, soft and have great grip. The problem I encountered is with the durability. It only took one tumble and the ends have shattered. Mind you I only do xc type of riding, nothing extream such as downhill since I live in FL.Since my bars are shortened I usually leave a portion of the grips exposed about two inches.With one fall, one end was fractured and the other one was pretty much collapsed.They are pretty weak since it only has one clamp that holds them in place, the outer end lacks rigidity like other clan on grips.They need a stronger sleeve in order to fix this problem.

Allora, le ho montate su una btwin per cambiarne un po il look (quelle di serie erano terribili) e devo dire che sono veramente belle. L'unica pecca è che sono un po troppo grandi, ho provato a farci un giro e non mi hanno dato quel senso di sicurezza che ho quando sto su di una bici con le manopole più sottili, sento che non ho grande padronanza del manubrio perché le mani stando più aperte tendono a sforzare di più e stancarsi prima. Quindi diciamo che ne farei un uso tranquillo tipo passeggio o comunque giri corti e poco impegnativi e non roba come enduro, downhill, all mountain e così via. Per il resto rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente e consegna nei tempi previsti.
