Update, the description says lifetime, guarantee but nine broke after a year. I’ve advised many many people to purchase one and they have but now supposedly my window was over last January? That’s false advertisingI first heard about a vibration plate about six months ago. I ran into this woman in her 70s at Walmart and she was amazing. She was so fit and just glowing and sparkling everything about her said 20 years younger. I said you know I just have to ask you what is your secret and she said that well I laugh every day and I do 10 minutes a day on my vibration plate. I didn’t really think much of it. Fast forward several months and I had an arm injury. Almost broke my arm. I was just shopping on Amazon and for some reason decided to check it out and then I read that it was good for pain so I bought it to help with my arm. That was 3 1/2 months ago. Since then I’ve lost almost 20 pounds without even trying. My body is shrinking. The first thing I noticed was that my thighs were firmer and more sculpted. My son is on the fencing team at MIT and he had told me about twitch muscles. Evidently this vibration plate activates those. And I found an even greater use for it! I am an aesthetician and I have been using Guacha and facial massage for the last year to improve firmness in my face . I discovered while standing on this vibration plate that if you bend your knees slightly turn your head so that your chin is over your shoulder and look down with your face. It will jiggle your face and firm it !!!!! I do about 10 minutes a day on this thing and let’s just say I can wear my skinny jeans and my size 6 bikini again and I’ll be 60 next month!!! It really really really really really works.

I love this vibration plate and was so sad when it started acting up after a few years. It was within warranty and so I contacted Eilison through WhatsApp and was sent a brand new one in a few weeks.Amazing!

The media could not be loaded. I believe I received a defective machine requested a refund and able to confirm return no problem. There’s a clicking sound when I turn it on. Remote only works to turn on and change program manual mode doesn’t work I can’t adjust speed it time with remote. Product was easy to plug in and turn on. Other than the defects I tried for 3 days and I can definitely feel relief of my lower back pain and it definitely got me sweating after doing 30 mins of just standing on it. I would recommend it’s a great price and really gets ur blood flowing and muscles working.

Only just started,got the swelling down on both feet and got better feeling on both legs.

I liked the vibration platform for use on my legs while sitting at my desk while working. I used it for 5 minutes 3 times a day. It was quiet for about a week, then became annoyingly loud. It completely quit working 2 days ago, and is too late to do a return. I have only had it for 3 months.

I was very skeptical about purchasing this item at first. It had several good reviews but I just wasn’t sure. Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase. I have been using it for about two weeks now and have begun to notice my legs appear/feel more tone. I like that the instructions include different poses you can do and what areas it targets. I have also gotten a little creative and started doing some of my own poses. It is really nice to use on your arms as well. My only complaint would be that it can you make feel a little sick because it makes your head shake a little. I usually tuck my head down and close my eyes.Honestly, I would more than recommend this. The first night I used it, I wasn’t expecting to see any type of results. I went into it without any expectations (I was afraid of the placebo effect lol) and the next morning, I woke up and instantly felt less bloated. It definitely has helped with my circulation and toning. If you are going back and forth on whether or not to purchase it… this is your sign to do it!! I wish I would have taken before pictures to post but I didn’t think about it until today.I will update this review if there are any more noticeable changes!!

It was great while it lasted. I have fibro and it did help. I also lost a few pounds. However, I stepped on one side close to the edge and now it no longer works. Bummer.
