It is definitely pigmented and you can really stretch your lip gloss with this product because a little bit goes a long way the bottle and packaging were well packaged and sealed it did not have no odor the thickness was there and it's a perfect base for someone who is starting their lipgloss business. If you were skeptical about getting it hopefully my review helps you feel better about getting it.
