Keeping me out of the hot water. Easy to handle. 30 seconds and they are on my people. But I feel the case is a little small. Is still the best alternative to burning your hands or boiling them. Easy to clean.....Do you make a bigger case for bigger stones? at 122 degrees you can handle them in 30 seconds and after the initial shock......after the muscles warm...122 is comfortable to clients. They seem to melt instantaneously. learn to use them. they are good. Better heat saving stones are available. they loose heat faster than your regular set of hot stones. Just trade them out. Good warmer. Keep it clean.!!!

I purchased this stone heater to use in my work as a Massage Therapist. It has been great. Convenient in size, easy to transport, no mess with water, heats up quickly. I put oil on the stones and they are ready to go and use for body work. I love it.

This is a great size for on the go because it is so compact. I no longer even heat up the old style roaster because this heats up very quickly and does the job. It's become my go to for hot stones!

Actually like the size of the unit Heats up quickly Stones are small but reheat quickly Unit looks very clean (design).. Front latch is a problem especially when your hands are lotion up Other than that, I like it a lot

The stones heat nicely and I just did a sixty minute hot stone massage with just these stones! I just replace them in the heater when finished and they heat up quickly enough to be able to do the whole massage with no interruptions (and no burned fingers) When done, I clean the stones and the heater with disinfectant and I'm ready to for the next one! So much easier to use! My only issue with it is the loud "click" when you close the heater.

This "hot stone" set is really poorly made, though the case is super cool looking, and that's the best of it. I really wanted to like this, but was disappointed to see how small it was, and that it only heats when the case is completely closed, and latched. I'm a professional massage therapist of 14 years, that wanted to like this. The idea that working with stones without the cleanup of the water would have been nice. The size of this case is really smaller than it looks, and the stones it comes with are, at best, good lake skipping stones (tiny stones, and may help relax a toe or finger, at most). I doubt any professional massage therapist uses this in their practice, but it may be "okay" for the use at a nail salon. The paper insert that details how to use them wants you to place the stones on a cloth then apply to the body, rather directly on the body. That almost defeats the benefits of hot stones.I did have to ship these back, and had to pay about $25 to return them. Save yourself the hassle, and actually buy a professional hot stone warmer. I went with the Sivan 18 quart stone warmer, and couldn't be happier.

I bought these stones in Aug and it's just Nov and The heating unit seem to have gone out already. I sent a request to replace the unit last week and I have not gotten a response back yet.
