Red, White, and Blue: The Story of the American Flag (Penguin Young Readers, Level 3)

I enjoyed reading this book to my children ages 5 and 7. It covered the Revolutionary War, westward expansion, and the Civil War in a way that younger elementary children can understand. Very nice book about America’s history.
