No Weight Lost, Yet - But Lots of Energy!
I haven't lost any weight yet but I do feel more energetic when I take this brand. I'll probably continue taking it but sure which at some point it act like an appetite suppressor. I do have more energy to exercise with so the little boost I get helps in that respect.
