Easy to connect
Really easy to connect after I figured out that the white piece has to be slightly pushed further into the usb adapter to plug in perfectly. Once the white lights turned on I put my headphones into pairing mode & they connected so easily. Still have to try them out properly, but so far sound quality is great. Would recommend!EDIT.They’re not working as consistently anymore, audio cuts out & connectivity isn’t 100% as easy as it initially was, can’t rely on this product anymore

It is not good at connecting 2 Bluetooth headsets of the same make and model(serious interference).
It works, bluetooth connectivity with 2 headsets of the same make and model is poor, very poor. (Nintendo switch).

Another good Switch Peripheral by Gulikit
This is the second Gulikit Switch Peripheral I own the other being the excellent Switch travel dock and charger. In the box you receive the blue tooth dongle with dust cover in the colours of a Pokemon ball which i thought was a nice touch, you also receive a usb adapter so that you can connect your Bluetooth wireless headphones whilst your switch is in the dock. The Dongle connects to the bottom usb-c connector. This is the place the charging cable attaches to your Switch. This obviously means that you can not charge your switch whilst using the Bluetooth dongle unless its in the dock. There is no instruction as to which way round the dongle connects but it worked best for me when the lights on the dongle align with the back of the switch see picture if that's confusing :), Pairing is really simple turn on your head set put it in pairing mode and the attach the dongle to switch , once the switch is on it will automatically start searching, you can see this as a light will start flashing and once paired it will go solid, There are square indent buttons on the bottom if you wish to manually pair just press one in for a few seconds, there are two buttons so you can have two headsets connected at the same time, to pair the second just press the square button that is on the side of the dongle that is not lit. The instructions are one the back of the plastic case, They are really small and hard to read if you have bad eyesight like myself so i have zoomed in and taken a picture for your ease and reference.Ok so performance is great pairing was simple and sound was decent. I paired 3 sets of bluetooth headphones of different makes with out any issues, i also connected 2 sets of headphones at the same time and the sound remained clear. I would say that if you like loud sounds whilst playing, use a headset with volume control on it as this seems to go past what the switch volume control allows.Battery wise it does not seem to consume much energy. I have the original switch and with one headset connected i played for just over 4 hours, if you are buying a newer version of the switch with the longer battery life, you performance with this dongle should be longer, i do not own a switch lite so can't offer comment on that.obviously if you put your switch down for a minute or two and it goes in to standby it will disconnect from the headset but it will reconnect easily once activated again.overall I would have to say that its a great piece of kit at a decent price, if your traveling with people its great they don't have to listen to you play and if you are a parent who is thinking about buying this for your kids it will surely help your stress levels so I would highly recommend it :)

Excellent but one issue!
I originally picked up the GULIkit Route Air Pro for my Nintendo Switch Lite so that I am able to use my Airpods whilst playing because as many of you know, Nintendo didn’t add bluetooth connectivity. After about 5 minutes I was able to connect my AirPods as I was having issues connecting, turned out to be my phone still connected to them.Once connected, I went for a game where sound wasn’t very important mainly due to the fact that I wasn’t sure if any latency in the sound would occur from adapter to AirPods. Turns out that there is a delay of about a second but I noticed that when I attached the mini voice chat adapter, the latency wasn’t as bad (maybe it was just the connection but since I always input the adapter as well).I was also intrigued when it said it was compatible with PS4 so I decided to give it a go as I am currently looking at purchasing a headset for voice chats and in game audio. Now unfortunately its not the best mainly due to the volume being extremely low on PS4. I have indeed tried maxing the volume in the bluetooth settings but it doesn't seem to work but I can confirm that the voice chat works well. I tested it for an hour in a party chat and only a hand full of times did it not register what I was saying. Overall I think it’s great for voice chats (if your mates speak loud enough) but not in game audio. With that said, I only tested AirPod Pros and not anything else as I don't have any other headphones. Also the type of headphones you use will have an impact in latency, as my AirPods are SBC which has a latency delay of 220ms - 50ms which is higher than the aptX and aptX LL so bare that in mind.I do highly recommend getting this if you’re interested in using bluetooth headphones with your Switch of PS4.
