Snore no more
I was skeptical about this product when I bought it. But, it works! It provide a shock on your wrist that lightly wake you up enough to make you roll over. The shock is variable and goes from very light to "am I being electrocuted " the only complaint I have is the strap is a little difficult to put on by yourself. I guess you could get your partner to do it if you have one.

Terrible
Didn't work at all. Not only does it buzz you when you snore it buzzed when you move or do anything. Terrible. Doesn't allow you to sleep at all.

Didn't work for me
Although I liked the concept it didn't work for me. It was too sensitive and zapped me every time my husband or dog snored.
