The product arrived on time, instructions were sent via email. It seemed straight forward however on assesmly it was apparent the it was missing over half the predrilledHoles and the screws were 2 sixes and the instructions didn’t indicate a size of screw to use. I called the company and was given advice but it still didn’t match up for the amount of screws?The wood is of excellent quality and there are no rough edges. I think I would have been more confident in the product had it have been nuts and bolts as opposed to screws to be totally honest as the don’t seem long enough to me but time will tell.Product looks good when assembled

A very nice table and benches very well made and not hard to put together. There weren't any instructions in it although not hard to work out as there's pre drilled holes for all the fixtures.If you want more than 4 adults and 2 kids round it for long periods of time then get the 7ft we got the 6ft and it is fine for what we want and like I say it's not every day well have more that the 5 of us round it.If you have an umbrella to go with it you will need a base for it as there's only the 1 hole in the table top non in the base.I did have to wash it all down before we used it as the timber treatment stained my hands putting it together but it was only on the surface 1 wash with water and an old dust pan brush was all it needed.All in all a very good service and product top marks

I am so impressed with this table set. We had the 6ft one and it's perfect. Delivery was fast even with the virus' upon us. I had to contact then as no instructions were added to the delivery but they were quick to respond sending the instructor via email. Well worth it thank you.

The product is well made and the wood if treated throughout every season will last a lifetime. It is assembled by 10mm wood threaded bolts using a ratchet or drill with 10mm fitting. Easy for a basic DIYer.Tuffnells delivered during the Covid19 pandemic and were an excellent carrier. No damage. Highly recommended product.
