In fact, Claxton tastes very much like her fruitcake used to. This fruitcake doesn't have any of that nasty peel in it. It's just a delicious cake filled with fruits and nuts!Plus this bulk package, which contains 4 individually wrapped 1lb loaves, is a fantastic bargain! You can slice one up and enjoy it when it arrives, and freeze the remainder to enjoy throughout the year, or pass each loaf out as a gift.
