Delicious and sproutable, perfect lentils!

Came in 2 bags - put them into freezer for a few days to make sure if there were any bugs inside… there wouldn’t be anymore. So far I haven’t seen anything but perfectly cooked black lentils. I cook a batch every week to toss into salads, soups, and even use as a taco filling instead of beef! Delicious 👌

I’d never had black lentil before and to find them non gmo and organic is awesome! Some quick research suggested the black were what I was looking for, so I cooked with organic chicken bullionin a pampered chef quick cooker, and in 5 minutes had lunch prep done. They’re savory, and so delicious! I’m impressed!

if i had known that these were very tiny lentils, i would not have purchased. very small, smaller than usual lentils i buy

I bought the lentils for sprouting, and overall I am pleased with the results. Some of the black color did wash off - this was a surprise - but they remained nice and dark after washing. Sprouted nicely, close to 100% of the lentils, which indicate good condition and freshness. I have uploaded a picture of them in a salad.
