I've had sleep issues for years and years. Every time I find a cure, it only lasts for awhile - whether it's a new pill or a new bedtime routine. But these Calm Caps (and a melatonin) have been the perfect combo for months now, with no sign of losing their effectiveness. I'm just sad they might be out of stock for my next order.

The product was different than the original which had theanine and ashwaganda in it even though the bar code was the same. I am sure it is a good product, but they are not the same and it should be looked into.Thank you.

Tried this product during Dry January to help me fall asleep dependably and it really worked. Only needed one capsule to do the job.

This product NOW CONTAINS VALERIAN AND HOPS! Sorry for the all-caps, but I intend only to be helpful to folks who are as sensitive to these ingredients as I am. I've been using this for several months as a sleep aid, purchased both locally and from Amazon. Then it was out of stock everywhere, and has returned with the same UPC and product name, but A NEW INGREDIENT LIST. I would never have started using a product with valerian, as I am extremely sensitive to it; when I received this re-order from Amazon a few days ago, I gratefully opened it and used it that night. I felt terrible the next morning, and couldn't explain why. Two days later I used one cap again at bedtime, and felt completely disoriented and anxious the next morning. Trying to understand why, I looked at the label of this product (the only changed variable in my routine) and discovered the presence of valerian and hops in this shipment. Dangerous of manufacturer to change their formula but not product name, and without notice to distributors/Amazon. I am returning and will not purchase again, and now view Nature's Truth (ironic) with distrust. Sad.

Helps me fall asleep easily. I also don’t wake up as much and I’m able to sleep past 5 am. I have also noticed my anxiety has lessened. Love that they are vegan, don’t understand why a lot of these vitamins have animal products in them. Highly recommend 👍🏻
