Liquid Pencil 50Ml Rewettable Red

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. If I could give this zero stars, I would. I just received this today. It is Derivan Liquid Pencil. It is suppose to be in liquid form and what I have is a dried up lump of graphite. You can see the residue that it was once liquid. Not sure how long this sat on a shelf and the seal protector is not completely sealed. It didn't leak in the package or there would be residue in there. This was dried up before they shipped it to me. When I tried to request a return, I got a notice that it can't be returned because of hazard issue, however this is a non toxic graphite medium and it even states it on there listing. See below. This is a pricey product and they intentionally shipped out a defective product. When I tried to chat with Amazon on it, they directed me to another email page which then put me back to the same notice from the company. I am being sent in circles by both Amazon and "My Goods".
