Wooden Bookmark Sword Fern Engraved with Added Color - Made in USA

I was super happy with this bookmark at first. It is very pretty, the perfect size, and I love the soft suede ribbon on it. I knew after getting it that it felt pretty fragile, so I thought I would try my best to look after it, but as any frequent reader has experienced, I fell asleep while reading one night.. I found that at some point it must have gotten rolled on, because in the morning it had a huge split in the middle. Really disappointed. It didn't split all the way, but it was enough to make it feel even more fragile and just using it between reading sessions now has me worried it is going to split all the way. Going to have to just put this one permanently on the bookshelf, sadly and upgrade to something more sturdy that can handle those late night reading times.

No idea how someone makes something like this but my gosh it's beautiful. Almost too nice-looking to want to use. Gorgeous. You won't be disappointed. Only drawback is that it distracts from reading. You just want to stare at it and appreciate it instead of read your book.

Great designs

This bookmark is BEAUTIFUL. The photo really doesn't do it justice. So simple, but very well made. The only drawback is that it is very thin and feels like it would snap easily if not handled with care. Would still purchase again for myself or as a gift.

Nice looking and does the job. I guess I expected it to be a little heftier. It’s relative thin, which is good between pages, but I feel I might break it if I’m too rough. Overall a beautiful piece.

For all booklovers out there, this is a very well designed bookmark and with a nice tassel. Delicate and classy. Although, it is a little thin and at times, I felt like I may break it!
