great product with faulty pogo spring loaded mechanism. the pogo contact pins working great after 1 year and the spring loaded pin slowly loosing its springiness. I need to buy another set.

Work as well as rigid probes but allow collar to be more snug. Put a drop of loktite on the threads as they will work loose and fall off over time.

Ordered this item to replace the long probes on a collar. It was easy to screw into pet safe stubborn dog collar and is much more comfortable on our Australian shepherd than the long stationary probes. It has a spring action and has worked great. He has not had any redness or damage from these probes. They allow the collar to fit better with no issues. Very satisfied with our purchase.

No frills, just a basic prong. Worked for my pet safe collar.

Have used these for years. I had one spring fail to retract recently so I bought another pair. Will continue to use these on my pit bull mix. Never causes any irritation just make sure you follow the instructions.

These are the best solution to electric contact collars I've seen. They are great for thicker coated dogs & allow for consistent contact which is so important for this type of training device.A note, not specifically related to Gentle Springs - If you've not been instructed on the proper use of electric contact collars, please do not use them. They can move solid training back a long ways if the timing & process is not right. In my opinion they are the training tool of last resort for life & death behaviors (chasing cars, bolting out the door, stalking livestock & such). You should never need this for the basics of obedience such as sit, stay, down, come etc.....

I like that the prongs are retractable. I have a golden retriever with very long hair. These provide the necessary length but allow movement for greater comfort. Good addition to our system.
