I take this supplement for various reasons, especially when there's a "virus" around! But it works brilliantly for me for allergies. I am allergic to a particular tree on my neighbour's property the flowers of which are right outside my bedroom window. With Quercetin the reaction is overcome very quickly and it doesn't dry me up like antihistamines.

I have been advised to take these tablets by the hospital for an ongoing issue. Are they working? It is hard to tell but they were good value compared to other similar products, they are easy to swallow and I don't suffer any reflux when taking them.

I bought this in the hopes it will strengthen my immune system, by delivering zinc right into my cells. I am only going on what I have read - but I must be reading correct things because thanks to all I have read since 2015 I haven't had a cold! And that is a wonderful thing, as colds used to make me feel really miserable. I am using this instead ofr Fever tree tonic water - that contains quinine - but i wasn't able really sure I was taking enough - Quercetin does the same, it gets zinc into your cells, and zinc stops all viruses from replicating! Not a bad thing these days!

Before taking these tablets I suffered from severe hives all over my body, no dose of antihistamines made a difference. Since taking these daily, combined with Vitamin D tablets, my hives have eased off by about 95%. Would recommend to anyone else suffering from allergy like symptoms.

Jag har fått en burk Querceting. Ovanpå "Best before end:" över tejpat ett papper. Jag rev bart pappret, då kommer utgångsdatum Best before end 10,2023 upp. jag fick paket den 2023,12,06.Kan du vara ärlig och pålitlig?
