I love this amazing machine!
The media could not be loaded. Incredibly built, so much care put in the design of this machine! Love it so much, and big thank you for the team who designed, created, tested the machine. The soy milk is great, and oat milk is smooth and nice. The cleaning process are programmed to be different for different ingredients. I'll use the friend based on the user manual closely.

Leaks immediately, then they refuse to refund
It leaked immediately. We made one of their recommended recipes from their recipe book and it made a huge mess in our kitchen from leaking. When we submitted the refund, they prevaricated and charged a $215 restocking fee because it was "used". How else would you know it's broken if it wasn't used? What a scam company, Amazon shouldn't tolerate this type of behavior. And Amazon isn't much help because they hide behind the "it's a third party" nonsense.

Wow, what a great machine and you’re able to make so I milk with all without the hassle of soaking if you were in a rush and the fact that you can add other ingredients just adds additional flavors for your pallet
