Good for target practice heavy draw .
1.2mm bands we're slow with all sizes of ammo I tried 200- 299 fps with 8-12mm at 39" 7.5 " active band length but very consistent .

Made diy sling shots with my sons from tree branches. It was a fun project, but they didn’t last too long.

These do stretch, and the pouches are badass.
