Ashirira Foot Relax Sheet for Women, Lavender, 30 Count

My friend and I were in Korea after walking around all day we could barely stand up by the end of the night. So a friend suggested we try these foot sheets, although pretty skeptical at first, they really made me feel a lot more rejuvenated in the morning so I could continue another day of sightseeing. I vowed that I would buy these when I got back and was so excited to see that they were available in bulk!

These are the BEST. They really work. I used to buy the singles at a Japanese store; really wish they offered a variety pack instead of just the one scent! These are especially good for if you had a long day of walking and your feet are sore. I always wake up like new

Would love to try all of the other flavors since this one works so well. Highly recommend to buyers who have trouble sleeping.

It is not working. I expected this to make my feet relaxed, but it doesn't work. Waste money. The only good thing is scent.

Great product... for the right consumer!Ok. I understand that sometimes patches are not effective, but because they are used for wrong reasons. It is like taking Advil as a beauty pill. :) Occasionally, I have a mild case of neuropathy. And these patches work like a charm. Nope. It is not a placebo effect. Lavender is recommended for the neuropathy. I am an educated user. So, please give it try when you anxious, or have some aches in feet region. Be sure to have your AC on. They better work in a cooler room. Or during colder months.

ラベンダーの香りは、リラックスできます。ぐっすり眠れるような気がします。朝起きた時、白っぽかった樹粉が黒くぬれているので、水分が吸収されたのかなと思います。他の方が書いているように、粘着テープが強力で眠っている間にはがれる心配はありませんが、べたべた残っているので、すぐに洗う必要がります。そのあと足がすうっとしています。神経痛で困っている80歳の家族が主に使っています。はじめは、「なんとなくいいみたい」という感想でしたが、数日続けてみて、うれしそうに、「これを貼ると、いつもより長い時間ぐっすりと眠れる！」と報告してくれました。私自身も同じ感想を持ちました。二人でしばらく使ってみることにしました。

足から出る汗を吸い取ってる様な感じです。 粘着シートは、しっかり張り付いて、寝ている内に剥がれる心配はありませんが、剥がすのが大変です。 剥がすときに、いくら頑張っても、端が破れて、残るので、足を洗った後、綺麗に剥がさないと行けません。 忙しい朝では無理なので、週末くらいしか使えません。足がほかほかする感じがありますが、具体的に、変化があったかというと、無かったと思います。1週間くらい使った感じでは、あまり変化ないのですが、ラベンダーの香りは、寝るときには、落ち着く香りだと思います。 良かったのは、その点くらいかと思います。どちらにせよ、この手の商品は、劇的に効くことはないと思いますが、人によっては、足がすっきるするかもしれません。 私の場合は、効果なかったと思います。
